Most refunds are processed within three business days of receiving your return items, but it can take up to five business days. Once we've issued your refund, you will receive a credit memo email confirming the refund. You can also log in to your account dashboard and view all credit memo refunds that have been issued.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after we issue a refund for the credit to appear on your account.
