REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Thank you for being a KURU customer! We upgraded our website and need you to make a new account.
Please use the same email address you used with your previous account to keep the KURU Cash you’ve earned from previous purchases.
Follow these steps to reactivate your account:
1. Fill out the form to the right and click “REACTIVATE ACCOUNT”.
2. Check your inbox for a confirmation email.
3. Open the email, and click the “activate your account” button to complete the process.
4. You will receive another email from us when your new account is active.
Your order history and KURU Cash will automatically merge from your old account to the new account, as long as you use the same email address.
By reactivating your account with the same email address you will be able to view your order history, your KURU Cash balance and saved addresses.
