That’s why we offer free, 45-day returns and exchanges to all KURU Rewards members in the US on domestic orders in their original condition. No hassle, no restocking fees.

Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price for items returned in new condition. It’s our 45-day fit guarantee.

A $5 shipping and restocking fee on returns & exchanges will be charged for customers not enrolled in our KURU Rewards program.

We keep it simple and fast. All orders shipped within the US ship FREE via standard ground service. (FedEx/USPS for Domestic, USPS for HI and AK)

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original order date.
  2. Shoes must be in new or original condition.
  3. Must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your exchange for tracking purposes.
  4. Please note our Clearance or Last Chance items are considered Final Sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
  5. For international orders, we do not refund international duties, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). Due to varying international postage rules and regulations, shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges on International, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
When Will My Order Arrive?

Want to know when your order will be delivered? We ship from two warehouse locations, Utah and Kentucky. Generally, we will ship your order from the nearest warehouse that contains your items.

With our FREE ground shipping most US orders are delivered within 3-5 business days if not sooner. Pretty neat!

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after order receipt from either our Kentucky or Utah warehouse.

Days We Process Orders

We process orders most business days except major holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Year's day. Those days, we will be celebrating with our friends and loved ones, as we hope you will as well!

If you are shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii or US Territories, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to these States or Territories.

  • How do I place a return?

    Making a return is easy! Simply enter your tracking number and email address at returns.kurufootwear.com. (You can find your tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email). Follow the prompts to complete your return or exchange. Once completed, we will email you a prepaid shipping return label that you can print, attach to your return, and mail off at a FedEx location near you.

    Once we receive your returned shoes, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 1–4 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–14 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • How do I place an exchange?

    To place an exchange, visit returns.kurufootwear.com, enter your order number and email address, and follow the prompts to confirm which shoes you wish to return. You will also be able to select the size or style you wish to exchange them for. Once you complete the form, you will receive an email with a paid shipping label to return the shoes you wish to exchange.

    We ship your exchanged pair within 1–4 days of receiving your returned shoes. If you have not received a confirmation email after 5 days for your exchange, please email us at gurus@kurufootwear.com.

  • How long is your return policy?

    We want you to have a chance to Heel the Difference™ in your new KURUs. That’s why we offer a 45-day return and exchange policy from your original order date for all orders.

  • Can I return shoes that have been worn?

    We want you to Heel Confident in your new KURU shoes! When you receive your shoes, try them on a clean, carpeted surface to confirm the correct size and style and wear them only around the house.

    Please keep in mind that shoes must be in their original, new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We strongly encourage you to avoid puddles, mud, scuffs, or food to keep your new KURUs in top condition in case you need to return them.

  • When can I expect my refund?

    Once we receive your returned shoes, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 1–4 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–14 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

  • How long will my exchange order take?
