How to: Process a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange your shoes, step one is to log in to your account. Once you've logged in you should be able to see your orders on your dashboard, though you may need to scroll down. Click "Return" next to the order you'd like to send back. You'll be asked a few questions, then you'll receive a prepaid label to print.
If you checked out as a guest to get a return or exchange you need to create an account with the SAME EMAIL that you placed your order with. Once you are logged in you can go to Returns/Exchanges to create your return.
