Common Causes of Morton's Neuroma in Men

Morton’s neuroma is caused by thickened tissue forming around a nerve in the forefoot. That tissue compresses the nerve, leading to burning, tingling, or stabbing sensations near the third and fourth toes. Tight, narrow shoes are the top contributor, although past foot injuries can play a role too. Over time, this pressure can affect how you walk and how your entire body feels.

Effective Ways To Reduce and Treat Morton's Neuroma

The most effective way to reduce symptoms is to relieve pressure—starting with your footwear. Swap tight shoes for a pair with a roomy toe box and proper support, especially if you’re already managing foot conditions like hammertoes or bunions.

Supportive arches and full-foot cushioning also go a long way in reducing stress on the nerve. KURU’s shoes for Morton’s neuroma are designed with those exact needs in mind, offering relief in all the right places so you can move freely.

Fantastic shoe!

When I received these shoes, the first time I tried them on I thought they were going to have to be returned. I read a lot on the site and tried them for short periods initially and after a couple of days decided they would be fine. I then started wearing them daily and this is the first shoe I have been able to wear all day all week at work! I don't have planters fasciitis, but instead Morton's neuroma . These were the only pair I saw it mentioned for..I have fallen in love with their comfort and the fact I can wear them all day everyday with no problems. Highly recommended!"

I cannot describe how much better my feet feel!

Incredible!!! Two weeks ago my first steps out of bed were incredibly painful from Plantar Fasciitis and Morton's Neuroma brought on by over zealous barefoot running! I debated for a week whether or not to order some KURU CHICANEs. I am leaving for Africa in two weeks for a Mission Trip. I will be doing tons of walking and was dreading how my feet would feel. I have had these on every day for a week and I cannot describe how much better my feet feel. I will be ordering at least one more pair as soon as I can afford them! Thank you KURU!!"

Overall the best shoe I've ever owned

I was diagnosed with Morton's Neuroma and was having a hard time finding the right shoe. This is my second pair of KURU shoes. I used to buy Merrell's but I'm now a KURU customer for life."

Love, love, love these shoes!

I'm so glad I decided to try this brand after hearing so many good things about them. I came across them after researching shoes for my Morton's Neuroma problem I've been struggling with for weeks. I've only worn these for a week now and have absolutely zero pain when wearing them. The only con is they are too nice of a shoe to wear when doing work around the house and yard, so I've only been wearing them at work."

Comfortable!!

My husband comments on how much better his feet feel in these. He has a neuroma and neuropathy in his feet. He is a house painter so he is on his feet all day. Thanks for a great shoe!"
