For U.S. customers, the easiest and most affordable option is to use a Happy Returns QR code to drop off your shoes at one of their many return bar locations—no box or label needed. If you prefer another return method, you can print and use a shipping label, but please note a $6 shipping and restocking fee will apply. Canadian customers receive a free return shipping label. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within just a few business days.
