Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, we’re not able to make edits. However, you may cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order by clicking the Cancel button in your order history on your KURU account.
If more than 30 minutes have passed, please call us right away so we can try to stop your order before it ships. If it’s outside of business hours, email us immediately at gurus@kurufootwear.com with your request. While we can’t guarantee cancellation once processing has begun, we’ll do everything we can to help. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then start a return through returns.kurufootwear.com
