Kuru is a city in Finland (now part of the town of Ylöjärvi) with incredibly lush nature and forests. It is popular for outdoor activities like hiking, swimming, and fishing. In fact, this area of Finland is so unadulterated and pure that you can actually drink water directly from the streams.
We strive for that same purity in our design and aim to improve mobility and full-body health from the ground up. In fact, the little K symbol on our shoes was created to look similar to the Finnish flag in tribute to the place we got our name.
