That's why we created the Feel Better Promise — our risk-free guarantee that gives you 91 days to wear your shoes in your everyday life and truly experience the difference. We offer free shipping, free returns, and free exchanges to make everything easy. If we can't improve your foot pain, we'll refund your money. No questions asked.

Your Feel Better Promise is automatically included with every purchase. For the best experience, we recommend creating an account so you can easily track your order, manage exchanges, and start a return if needed.

For our Canadian customers, we also offer free returns by providing prepaid shipping labels.

IMPORTANT: Keep your KURU box and packaging until you're sure about your fit. You'll need it for our hassle-free return process.

Please note that items labeled as "Final Sale" and/or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return or refund. This includes Gift Cards & Accessories.

Shipping And Delivery Policy

We keep it simple and fast. All orders shipped within the US ship FREE via standard ground service. (FedEx/USPS for Domestic, USPS for HI and AK)

For U.S. customers (excluding Hawaii & Alaska) our easiest return method is free and simple through FedEx Easy Returns. Visit the Return Center and make sure to select FedEx Easy Returns as your return method as you complete the steps.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 91 days of your delivery date.
  2. Shoes may be returned in worn condition — we encourage you to wear them as part of your daily routine during the trial period.
  3. Each order is limited to two total exchanges.
  4. Must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your exchange for tracking purposes.
  5. Extra credit offered for exchanges that are not used will not be included in refund.
  6. All Final Sale items are not subject to returns or exchanges. This includes Gift Cards & Accessories such as SPARC 2.0 Socks, KURU SHIELD Shoe Protector Spray, T-shirts, Hats and Care & Cleaning Kits.
  7. Please note Returns or Exchanges not shipped 28 days after placing the request will be canceled.
  8. For international orders, we do not refund international duties, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). Due to varying international postage rules and regulations, shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges on International, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

When Will My Order Arrive?

With our free ground shipping, your order will arrive in about 7-10 days after shipping. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed. Express orders usually arrive within 2 business days from shipping. To ensure a quick delivery, we ship from two locations—Ohio and Utah—and we typically send your items from the nearest warehouse that has them in stock.

Days We Process Orders

We process orders most business days except major holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Year's day. Those days, we will be celebrating with our friends and loved ones, as we hope you will as well!

If you are shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii or US Territories, your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to these States or Territories.
