• Do you offer a Warranty on your products?

  We strive to give you our signature comfort in the best quality products. Sometimes, a rogue pair slips through our strict. Quality Control and onto your feet. Should your shoes fail due to defect of workmanship, you can be confident your purchase is backed by the following warranty:

  6 Month Guarantee: KURU will warrant your purchase for 6 months from the date of purchase for repair or replacement (as determined by KURU).Replacement Certainty: If we no longer have the same shoe, you can choose a similar, in-stock product for replacement.If you want to ready more you can find it here KURU Warranty Policy

• What is your Shipping Protection Policy?

  At KURU, we want you to receive your order quickly, efficiently and in perfect condition so your feet can get and stay healthy. Sometimes incidents happen during shipping and delivery. Whether the package is snatched by porch pirates, the goods are damaged in transit, or your dog got hold of it and destroyed your new shoes, we want you to be protected. That is why we offer the KURU Premium Shipping Protection (“KPSP”). 

  KPSP is automatically added to your cart during checkout and you have the option to remove it by unchecking the box. Once KPSP is removed from your order, our options become very limited and may be unable to compensate you for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  Claims for all damaged, lost and stolen packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the shipping tracking number states “delivered” or from the last time the tracking was updated.

• What is KURU Cash? How do I use it?

  Here at KURU Footwear, we believe in showing our appreciation to those who keep us in business: Our splendid customers! To say thank you, we give you 5% back in KURU Cash Rewards to use toward your future purchases every time you buy a pair of KURUs.
  Example: Let's say your KURUs are $100.00.
  5% of $100.00 is $5.00. (This will show up as 500 points in your account). This means when your order is officially completed and delivered, you'll have $5.00 in your KURU account available to use when you're ready for your next pair of KURU shoes!
  How do you use KURU CASH REWARDSJust log into your account on our website, add the product to your shopping cart and upon checkout, you can redeem the points. On the right hand side of the check out screen, you will see a slider bar and redeem button, just slide the bar to how much you want to use and click redeem.
