For U.S. customers, exchanges are free when using a Happy Returns QR code at one of their convenient return bar locations. If you choose another return method, a $6 shipping and restocking fee applies. Canadian customers receive a free return shipping label for exchanges.

When exchanging for the same style in a different size, there’s no extra charge, and if you select a higher-priced style, you’ll simply pay the difference. Once we receive your return, your new pair ships out within just a few business days—so you can get back to moving comfortably, faster.
