At KURU, we know that finding the right fit is the first step toward healthier feet. That’s why we make exchanges simple and worry-free. You can exchange your shoes within 60 days of the original purchase date.

For U.S. customers, exchanges are free when using a FedEx Easy Returns QR code or shipping labels. Canadian customers receive a free return shipping label for exchanges.

When exchanging for the same style in a different size, there’s no extra charge, and if you select a higher-priced style, you’ll simply pay the difference. Once we receive your return, your new pair ships out within just a few business days—so you can get back to moving comfortably, faster.
