We understand that buying over the internet can be filled with uncertainty. That’s why we provide a “No-Hassle”, Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If you find that you need to exchange or return your purchase, you can do so as follows:


100% FREE EXCHANGES


We understand that trying to get the right size when buying online can be difficult. As such, we pay standard shipping, both ways, on all exchanges. Simply fill out an RA Request and we will reply with an exchange shipping label. The following conditions apply:

  • Good up to 35 days from ORIGINAL date of purchase
  • Exchange shipping is always FREE
  • All exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box. Items that cannot be sold as new cannot be exchanged.
  • All exchanges must have a Return Authorization (RA) number for tracking purposes
  • To receive an RA number and exchange shipping label, go to: Request an RA Number Form
  • Free Exchanges applies to domestic orders within the Continental 48 States
  • Due to international customs and documentation requirements, we are unable to offer prepaid return labels to our international customers. International customers will be responsible for paying the shipping on both exchanges and returns.


    RETURNS

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you desire to return your purchase for a refund, you may do so as follows:

  • Good up to 35 days from ORIGINAL date of purchase
  • Returns must be in new condition in the original box and/or packaging. Shoes that cannot be sold as new cannot be returned.
  • Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items. We do not refund shipping charges

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

    Once we receive your shoes, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after we issue the refund for the credit to appear on your credit card account statement.     CAN I RETURN SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN?

    Shoes that have been worn cannot be exchanged or returned. Our warehouse uses a systematic process to determine if a shoe has been worn. This process includes wear marks on the outsole including wearing down of rubber texturing, signs of wear on the upper, liner, and other indicators of wear. During this process, if the shoe is deemed worn, we are unable to return or exchange the item. As such, we recommend confirming the shoe for correct sizing and style preference on a clean surface to determine if they will work for you.
