EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
We get it. Buying shoes online, without being able to try them on can seem risky. Plus, everyone's feet are so unique. That's why we offer a 'No-Hassle' policy to ensure you get the perfect fit in your new KURUs. As long as your shoes can be sold as new, we can return or exchange them to make you happy!
100% FREE EXCHANGES
Whether you ordered the wrong size or the color on your computer screen is different than real life, don't worry, we want to make you happy. The following conditions apply to exchanges:
- All exchange items must be in new condition, in their original packaging. Items that cannot be sold as new cannot be exchanged (please see below).
- The exchange request must be initiated within 35 days of Original Order Date.
- Standard shipping on all exchanges is FREE for domestic orders shipped within the 50 United States*. For all other orders, we are unable to offer free shipping and the customer will be responsible for exchange shipping costs.
- All exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA Number) for tracking purposes.
- Products must be in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Shoe boxes that are returned in non-reusable condition are subject to a $20 restocking fee.
- NOTE: Some promotions, closeouts and almost gone pricing include shoes that are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please read all promotional materials and product descriptions prior to purchase.

*INTERNATIONAL/APO ORDERS: Due to varying international postage rules and regulations, we are unable to pay the shipping on international and APO/FPO orders. Any duties, taxes, fees, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Shipping costs, both ways, for returns and exchanges on International and APO/FPO orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS: NO RE-STOCKING FEES
Most who purchase KURU end up keeping them. However, sometimes our shoes just don't meet your unique needs. No need to worry, because you can return your purchase for a full refund under the following guidelines:
- All returned items must be in new condition, in the original packaging. Shoes that cannot be sold as new cannot be returned (please see below).
- Initiate the return process within 35 days from ORIGINAL order date.
- No Re-stocking Fees. Our return policy includes a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items. We do not refund original shipping charges.

It's that simple. Once we receive your shoes, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 7 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-14 business days after we issue a refund for the credit to appear on your account. CAN I RETURN SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN?
When you receive your shoes, try them on a clean, carpeted surface to confirm the correct size and style. Only shoes that can be sold as brand new can be returned or exchanged. Shoes with dirt or food residue, pet hair, wear marks or worn texturing on the rubber outsole, and other signs of wear on the uppers and liners, can not be exchanged or returned. If a return is deemed worn, we are unable to return or exchange the shoes and will return them to you.
