Gym Shoe Care Tips

Gym shoes are an essential component of any fitness routine. They support our feet, keep us comfortable during workouts, and protect us from injuries. However, with regular use, gym shoes can quickly wear out and become unhygienic, which can lead to a host of foot problems.

Therefore, taking proper care of gym shoes is crucial to extend their lifespan and ensure optimal performance. In this article, we will discuss some essential gym shoe care tips that will help you keep your shoes in top condition.

  • Regularly clean your gym shoes to remove dirt and sweat buildup: Clean your gym shoes regularly with a soft brush and mild detergent to remove dirt and sweat buildup.
  • Avoid exposing your gym shoes to extreme temperatures, sunlight, or moisture: These conditions can cause the shoes to warp, crack, or fade.
  • Invest in a good-quality shoe cleaner and conditioner: Use a cleaner and conditioner to keep your gym shoes looking and feeling brand new for longer.
  • Allow your gym shoes to air-dry naturally after each use: Avoid using a dryer or heat source to speed up the process.
  • Rotate between two or more pairs of gym shoes: Prevent excessive wear and tearon a single pair and give them enough time to breathe and dry out properly.

Overall, following these gym shoe care tips will help you extend the life of your shoes, save money in the long run, and ensure your feet stay healthy and comfortable during your workouts.

Love My ATOM. Love my ATOM. I’ve been in pain with my one ankle and both of my knees for many years. I’ve gain so much weight cause wasn’t able to walk or do any exercises. Now since wearing my ATOM my ankle or knees don’t hurt and I’m able do fun activities. Thank you will buy another pair. One for work @ hospital and another for home/gym. Would recommend to my family and friends to buy them.

Comfortable sneakers. I have had these for two weeks and wore the around the house as instructed to allow the insoles to adapt to my high arches (I have a history with plantar fasciitis). I am now wearing them to the gym and doing 30-50 minutes of walking at gym and park. No pain.

Comfortable from first try on! Love these shoes! I didn’t need to break them in or wear them for 2-3 hours a day to get used to them. They felt perfect the moment I put them on. Which got me wanting now to buy a second pair! They are wide enough in the tow box that my toes (bunions) don’t feel cramped. Great support underneath and around too. I’ve been wearing them everyday at the gym and outside the gym as well. Love the blue grey color too.

Happy New Customer

Real comfortable fitness sneaker. A really comfortable fitness sneaker. I received the sneakers last week and have wearing them to the gym. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot which is very painful. I read the reviews about this sneaker and how it has eased the pain of Plantar Fasciitis for people that have bought this sneaker, and that is why I purchased this sneaker. What I have noticed so far is that when I come home from the gym, after wearing this sneaker, the pain in my right foot is much less than it was compared to another brand of fitness sneaker I was previously wearing to the gym. So far so good!
