If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to a KURU Guru by calling 877-211-5878. We are here for you Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT, and we'd love to help! We do not have a method for changing or canceling orders online.
If your order ships before the cancellation is completed, KURU Footwear can request a Return to Sender with FedEx but we cannot guarantee the request will be received in time to intercept your package. If a canceled item is delivered to you, KURU will submit a return authorization request to generate a prepaid shipping label for you as part of our standard return & exchange policy.
Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a return specialist will issue a full refund to the card you used for your purchase.
