How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with the tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email is not there. If you are unable to click on the tracking number, you can type the number into Google or any other search engine.
You can also track your order by hovering your mouse over the "Help" button in the top right side of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear, and you can click on "Check order status" to find your tracking number. (Important: You need to have your order number and email address to use this option.)
