Why do I have to wait for the shoes that I am returning to be received and processed before my exchange shoes can be shipped out?
Because we use in-store credit to facilitate the exchange, we cannot ship the new order until we receive the return. If you'd like to receive your exchange faster, you could give us a call once you've dropped off the return to let us know it's on the way back! As long as we can verify the return is at least in transit, we can ship out the exchange.
