How do I process a Return or Exchange?
If you need to return or exchange your shoes, you'll need to login to your account first. Once you've logged in, you should be able to see your orders on your dashboard. You may need to scroll down to see them. You can click on "Return" next to the order you'd like to send back. You'll be asked a few questions, then you'll receive your prepaid label to print!
