A good pair of durable, water resistant shoes. perfect for anyone who loves to enjoy the great outdoors. They feature great performance and comfort, as they work as a durable trail shoe OR an every day walking shoe. They are water and stain resistant and contain a moisture-control lining.
I’ve spent a fair amount of time wearing the Halcyons around town, as well as a bit on light trails. Kuru has designed a fantastic product that has more than exceeded my expectations for both style and functionality. This hybrid shoe looks great with jeans and a t-shirt, or it can hold its own with a pair of chinos, a button down, and nice coat.

I have wide feet and shopping for shoes is not always easy for me. The Halcyon fit me well as I contacted Kuru and they helped me pick the right size. The shoes are great, design is really nice. Handsome, simple and not crazy looking, so I can wear it anywhere. They are really comfortable and have enough cushion yet supports my wide feet really well. It's also water resistant as it says, I wore it in the Michigan winter, light snow and rain. I've had them for 7 months, I wear them almost daily and they still look new. Over all, I love the shoes. They are one of the most comfortable shoes I've worn but also with a really nice design. I recommend to anyone, especially for people with wider feet.

Great all around shoe. I wanted something a little conservative that wasn't too flashy, that will work for casual Fridays with a pair of khaki pants. This past weekend we had another river-swelling rainstorm and these were the perfect fit as the softshell material is water resistant. Shallow puddles were not a problem. I love the arch support, I would highly recommend them for anyone on their feet a lot.

Just returned from a 2+ week to New England states and Maritime provinces. Took my new brown Halcyon shoes. Used them for around town and some moderate hiking. They are the most comfortable, supportive shoes I have ever owned. After many hours on my feet, they were not tired, had no sore or hot spots, and actually felt very refreshed. I highly recommend these shoes, and especially the neat technology in the mid-sole. The other thing that I really like is the gripping of the sole. It gives great traction and no slippage

i'm always looking for a comfort shoe with support thats not 'dressy' i was a bit skeptical about fitting my 2e width into a kuru. no way to try them on locally since they are not available in stores here. halcyon was recommended for width and i ordered a whole size up on recommendation since they run 1/2 size small. they fit like a glove. plenty of toe room
