SHIPPING COSTS
Most of our orders ship via UPS Ground. For your convenience, we also offer upgraded, expedited shipping should you need your shoes sooner. Please note that we only ship during the business week of Monday through Friday, and we do not ship on weekends.

SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS
Orders typically ship in 1-3 business days.
Shipping can take up to 3-10 business days.
Please note that shipping times and days do not include weekends.

• GROUND* - ships within 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Standard UPS Ground transit times apply. Most orders ship from our California Warehouse while a few ship from our local warehouse in Utah.

  You can use the following map to determine the estimated transit time (in Business Days) for UPS Ground to your Ship-to Address:

  

• EXPEDITED - includes 3-day service and anything faster. If Expedited Shipping is selected at checkout, the order receives priority status and generally ships in 1-3 business days of receipt of order. Expedited Shipping times are based on business days, excluding Holidays and Weekends.

If you need your order to be processed more quickly, your best bet is to include a note in the order comments during checkout AND send us a message via the Contact Us form with your request. We will do our best to accommodate you.


*All orders shipping outside the lower 48 States, including Hawaii and Alaska, may be shipped via USPS Priority rather than UPS Ground at our discretion. If you are shipping to an address outside the lower 48 States, please select UPS Ground and not an Expedited method.

Days We Process Orders

We process orders most business days, Monday through Friday with the following exceptions:

• Thanksgiving - We do not process orders on Thanksgiving, or the day after

• Christmas - We do not process orders on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or the day after Christmas
• New Years - We do not process orders New Years Eve (December 31) or Day (January 1)
