1. How can I make sure I get the right size?

Some of our styles run smaller or larger than anticipated. To accommodate this, we make "fit notes" in the product descriptions. In addition, when a customer leaves a review they can also select whether the shoe is running true to size and also make notes about width. We hope these help you choose the best size. If the shoes you purchase are the wrong size, we will gladly exchange them through our 100% FREE EXCHANGES Policy.

2. What widths do your shoes come in?

Currently, we only offer one width: Medium. This applies for both Mens and Womens styles.

3. Can I use custom orthotics with Kuru shoes?

Yes, you can use custom orthotics inside your Kuru shoes. In fact, the KuruSole midsole technology does an excellent job accommodating custom orthotics, giving you a very solid, stable foundation. Many customers have found that the KuruSole midsole is sufficiently stable such that they don't need to wear their custom orthotics. Due to the anatomical shape of the KuruSole heel cup, custom orthotics with a rounded heel fit best into the shoe. If the custom orthotic is squared off on the underside, then it may not fit as well into our deep heel cup.

4. Is my credit card safe?

All payment transactions on our website use industry leading SSL Technology to ensure your privacy and security. In fact, when processing credit cards, we don't even have access to your credit card number. It is securely encrypted once you submit it.

Our shipping costs vary and you will be charged a very modest price for shipping, which is almost always significantly cheaper than actual costs.

8. Do you offer Gift Wrapping or special notes for gifts?

Currently, we are not set up to accommodate special messages or unique wrapping. Trust us, the recipient of a new pair of Kuru shoes won't care, they're that good!

9. Can I exchange a gift?

Yes, you can. Just contact us with the name of the person who purchased the gift for you so we can track down the original order. Standard exchange policy applies.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We've shipped to Canada, UK, Australia, and elsewhere. However, our shopping cart is not set up to process international shipments. To place an order that ships internationally, please Contact Us. Due to the costs of international postage, there may be an additional fee for shipping.

11. Where can I purchase your shoes? Do you have any Dealers?

13. Do you charge Sales Tax?

We charge Sales Tax for Sales within Utah. All orders shipped outside of Utah are not charged Sales Tax.

14. How do I care for my Kuru's?

We use better quality materials in our footwear. Proper care is important in extending the life of your shoes. If you need to clean your shoes, we recommend Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel. Never put your shoes in a washer or dryer. You should always air dry your shoes. To ensure complete drying, remove the insole/sockliner and shoe laces to open up the shoes for proper air circulation.

If your shoes are muddy, we recommend letting the mud completely dry, take a very soft-bristled brush and brush off as much mud as possible. You can use the recommended Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel to further clean the shoes.

To enhance the water and stain resistance of your shoes, we like Nikwax Leather and Fabric Treatment because it works with both leather and fabric footwear and it's environmentally friendly.

15. How do I check on my order status?

Login to your account and you can find your order history, along your order status including tracking information.
