When will My Order Arrive?

Want to know when your order will be delivered? We ship from two warehouse locations. Generally, we will ship your order from the warehouse that is nearest to the shipping address. Sometimes, only one of our warehouses contains the inventory being ordered. In this case, your order will be shipped from that warehouse. Below are time in transit maps to help you better estimate delivery timeframe.

Please understand the following regarding these delivery estimates:

• The maps apply to UPS Standard Ground Shipments and do not apply to orders shipped via USPS. Orders may be shipped via USPS at KURU's discretion.
• These are only estimates. UPS does not guarantee delivery times on Ground shipments.
• The estimated days are after your order is remitted to UPS and do not include order processing. Most orders are processed and remitted to UPS within 1-2 days
• Estimates below are business days, not calendar days

Kentucky Warehouse Shipments

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after you place your order from either our Kentucky or Utah warehouse. Most orders ship from our Kentucky warehouse. However, we will ship your order from the warehouse nearest you, assuming the warehouse has the items you ordered.

Utah Warehouse Shipments

*If you are shipping to either Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, your order will ship via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to these States or Territories.
