Whether you ordered the wrong size, or the color on your computer screen looks different than the shoes in person, don't worry, we want to make you happy. To exchange or return your order, please follow these simple steps below:
STEP 1: FIND THE ORDER TO BE RETURNED
LOG IN to your account using the SAME EMAIL you used when making your purchase. Select the order to be returned. Initiate a Return/Exchange request by selecting the Return/Exchange link in the upper right as shown in the image below.

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE RMA FORM
Complete the "Returns and Exchanges" form. Make sure to remove any item/s you are not returning. Once completed, submit the form and, on the next page, you will receive instructions on how to return your item/s. If you requested an exchange, we will respond to your request within 2 business days with your return shipping label.
For exchanges, remember to include which Gender, Style, Color and Size you would like us to send in exchange.
STEP 3: SHIP YOUR ITEM/S BACK
Follow the instructions in the email response including packaging your item/s in their original packaging and shipping box and we will take care of your exchange or return once we receive the package.
Remember, only items that can be sold as new can be exchanged or returned. Shoes with signs of wear, dirt markings, food residue, pet hair, or other residue cannot be exchanged or returned. For more details, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
